TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BITPILOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON MARKET DATA
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INVESTMENT DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SERVICE DATA
• ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY THIRD-PARTY EXCHANGES OR SERVICE PROVIDERS
• ANY LOSSES DUE TO CYBERSECURITY THREATS, HACKING, OR THE VOLATILE NATURE OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD $100 (ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
